Running On Empty Festival
26-27 Oct 2018
A Festival to celebrate the iconic Car Cult Movie.
A collection of Star Cars, Fans and those involved in the film production.
“Tent City Hire” is excited to service the Running On Empty Festival in 2018, bringing the same great options our patrons have enjoyed at both the Bathurst 1000 and Bathurst 12hr in recent years.
We will be located at the Tom Knight Memorial Oval in Cobar, close to all the action for the event.
All patrons will be asked to wear the Tent City armband so that our staff, who are on site for the entire event, can easily identify patrons at any time.
Accommodation packages are available as single, twin or triple share priced per person
The tents are carpeted and are fitted with a twelve volt light. All tents include wire based beds and mattresses. Twin and triple share is ideal, allowing plenty of room for beds, luggage and easy movement within the tent. Families and groups can be allocated tents together, but it is necessary to mention this when booking.
You will need to bring your own bedding (sleeping bag or sheets, blankets & pillows, towels etc.) Alternatively linen can be pre ordered from Tent City Hire. Includes sheets, pillow case, pillow, 2 blankets, doona and doona cover (see booking sheet).
Camping chairs and tables are also available for hire.
Plenty of hot showers and toilets are within the facilities’ grounds, and exclusive to “Tent City Hire” patrons.
Regular patrons will attest to the convenience, warm, friendly atmosphere and cooperative staff that makes this facility a popular alternative – these patrons have become friends over the years, and we look forward to catching up with familiar faces and adding new ones to our ever-growing Tent City “family”. See you there!
Booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
